Wot is the quickest way to gain exp in fletching? Arrows or bows? I am lvl 61, but am only 46 smithing (for arrow heads).

Unstrung willow long bows, quick to cut or cheap to buy. Fletch them until you hit 70.

Oak longs are very useful too. You should try them if your fletching isn't high enough for willow longs.

 

 

 

And 70 isn't very neccessery 75 is due to rune arrows.
