Well im not that sure whether i can kill elvarg on the dragon slayer quest with magic so on this link:

This is the map of where i have to fight him, i was hoping that someone could annotate it and highlight where i can go to eat food without getting hit and where the best place to mage him is without getting hit frequently

Elvarg retaliates with mage by using a fire bolt, so maging isnt really a good idea.

 

 

 

And thers alot of safe spots in elvargs cage thing, its not hard to find.

You could use anti fire potion.

 

 

 

So you could do the quest at a low level.
