Quick question. Do the rings last forever, or do you need to recharge them or anything? (I havn't yet done the quest, these would be useful for Farming with Lunar spells)

They aren't actual "rings" in the sense that you put them on your finger. They are ring shaped mushroom pacthes on the ground, which you can use to teleport if you are wielding a dramen staff. So yes, they do last forever.
