Because some people in dharoks tomb will keep on tele-othering you, so you cant see the screen, run out of prayer and get owned by him when you run out...

Sometimes people try to teleother you when you are in the barrows and this could be dangerous if the teleother screen pops up while you are killing one of the brothers. With accept aid off you will not have to worry about the screen popping up.

this is second most important thing in barrows after spade
