When you find a rock that has rune ore in it in world A, mine it, and start a timer, when the timer gets to 20 minutes (I think thats still the time) then go back to world A and mine it again.
I would think either flatching or thieving would get dropped down, fletching because f2p could use it the most up to mage bows. Thieving because it is basically useless.
Sorry it took so long to reply. I forgot about double cosmics, those are pretty good money/mage exp for me, but should I just abyss those? And I still want to know whats the best exp/hour I can get, because im mostly in it for exp at this point, not profits.

Ok, I have never done ZMI RCing before, but I hear it is really good exp. I was wondering if ZMI would be faster exp than....going to the astral alter, crafting, moonclan tele back to bank, repeat? And if ZMI is faster exp, could someone give me a rundown on how to do it in the fastest possible way?
What kind of guide are you looking for, tip.it has a basic mage guide, unless your looking for a mage training guide...narrow down your question a little more.
I wouldnt, because when I make an account on a game I usually spend 15-20 minutes trying to think of a name because I know I will be stuck with it for the whole time I am playing.
