the other worldy beings can be found in teh lost city of zanaris. you have to have done the "lost city" quest to be able to get there.

i dont have dramen staff any more where can i get another cause i need that to enter zanaris

you will have to get one the same way you did in the quest itself. I'd cut me a full inventory of logs for them if i were you in case you die with one later. you won't have to kill the tree spirit again.
