hi! i have a technical issue. please help

Hi i am trying to do the pay by phone and i live in canada. I called like 40 times and everytime its busy and i keep trying every once in awhile. so yesterday i decided to send a support message to runescape. and today when i log on it says 2 unread messages.(not sure if they were there before since i haven't been on in along while.) Then i go to check the messages in the message centre and there not there. and i checked my email and no messages. :S geting confused and frusterated

Try sending another message directly to Jagex customer support. I doubt they can help you that way, though. As for the phone, I'd say keep trying. Might take note the time difference between you and England, where they are based, and try to call during their business hours on Monday. You might have better luck that way.
