I called like 40 times and everytime its busy and i keep trying every once in awhile. so yesterday i decided to send a support message to runescape. and today when i log on it says 2 unread messages.(not sure if they were there before since i haven't been on in along while.) Then i go to check the messages in the message centre and there not there. and i checked my email and no messages. :S geting confused and frusterated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As for the phone, I'd say keep trying. Might take note the time difference between you and England, where they are based, and try to call during their business hours on Monday.
