Watch Tower quest questions

Geez, what a loooonnnngggg quest!

 

 

 

Anyway, I'm nearing the end of the quest where I get the final two crystals and have to go into a cave with lvl 111 dragons. Although I don't fight the dragons, I do have to get by them and it is recommended that I have an anti-dragon shield. Oh, and btw, I'm only a lvl 48 combat and thus far have been just fine.

 

 

 

The problem is, I don't have an anti-dragon shield. I know I can get one if I start the Dragon Slayer quest, but I'm shy of about 6 quest points to get into the Champion's guild (have to be a member to start that quest).

 

 

 

Do I really really need that anti-dragon shield? Is there any way around it?

 

 

 

Right now, I'm thinking about putting Watch Tower on hold while I do the Romeo and Juliette quest because it gives me 5 quest points and I'll need one other easy quest, then I can get into the Champion's guild, get that anti-dragon shield and finish Watch Tower.

 

 

 

Any advice?

use antifire pots

Do some questing, it won't kill you :P . And anti fire pots are ahrd to buy in small amounts.
