Deadman_Andy
After listening to some Ricky Gervais radio show round a friends house where he talked about siamese twins and one having a job and one not it got me thinking. What would happen if there were siamese twins joined at the hip, and one commited a crime, would they both be held responsible? What if one was sentanced to jail, how would that work? They are both still two people with 2 different brains and different thoughts etc. Maybe it's their responsbility to stop it? Why should it be? It's not my responsibility to stop someone shooting someone if i see it happening in the street. What if there was no way they could stop it? Like a random knife attack. Bubsa
Um...boy, this isn't something I'm asked everyday  I imagine, because of the extreme circumstances, rather than the felon of the twin have to go to prison and dragging the innocent one with them, a program would have to be set up, like parole but much stricter to begin with, in which the twin would have to enroll in. To be honest, I don't have a clue. Makes you wonder what dastardly tricks that kind of siamese twin could get up to though! This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you. unknownmasterofnothing
well if you are with your twin, while they are doing a crime, then you deserve to be put in jail with them.

You wouldn't have a choice, being attached at the hip. No_OnE
well if you are with your twin, while they are doing a crime, then you deserve to be put in jail with them. Explain please. What if, like Deadman said, your joined at the hip. Let's say you and your twin are casually walking down the street and all of a sudden your twin stabs someone with a knife. You did not have any idea that he was going to do this and you had no part in this. Why should you go to jail with him?
Phil
Well those types of siamese twins(joined at the hip and 1 pair of legs but two uperbodies), especially ones that reach aldulthood are very rare (probably only a few in the world) It would probably be even more unlikely that they would commit a serious crime like that. But if it did happen then no doubt it would cause a massive debate on the subject.

It would be quite an easy person for people to call in and report for "*Insert Country*'s Most Wanted" ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâï(̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâú_o)/̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâï
kirk
Im sure for the circumstances that you provided they would forget the whole ordeal because they don't have a procedure for it.
