July 31, 200619 yr You can make them with 91 smithing and 1 rune bar (1 rune ore and 8 coal). July 31, 200619 yr there is a shop..... but it seems that the rune crossbows and the limbs never spawn. i waited for at least 30 minutes at the same shop and therte was noone there. but that means that they will eventually be sold at theose shops. I think there are three of them. i hope this helps. I'm wearing Rune Axe.Wearing? Did you selotape the axe on your chest? :lol:
