Today, tellying out of barrows i got my first ever "ScapeRune" random event, it was pretty cool and i got the usual money reward. Is that a new random event? Or have i just never gotten it.

it's not new. Which one did you have. Theirs the balloon one in seers party room and the fishing one? I've had both.
