Where should i train to get 62-70 defense My stats are... attack- 70 strength- 65 defense- 62 hits- 66 prayer- 43 I have a whip, neitznot, sara prayer book, regen bracelet, dragon boots, obby cape, dragon legs, and rune plate. I need 70 def for barrows I am looking to make some money but fast xp is more important. Thanks

Hi, so i'm going to finish monkey madness soon. I decided I am going to range the demon. I am only 50 ranged tho. Should i use a magic bow with rune arrows, chinchompas, or an addy crossbow with the special tipped bolts? thanks

Hi so i am working to 60 attack and defense. Right now i'm 55 attack and 50 defense but i am so lazy. i planned to get members after I achieved level 60 of both but i am so lazy. Lets say i were to get members tomorrow, are there an easy quests that give good xp for attack and defense on members? And once I'm a member what is a good place for training for 60 attack and defense. Somewhere that gives really really quick xp. Thanks

I have full rune obviously, kite and scimmy. ummm im there now i have been for a while. Should i be at the ones that are mixed with zombies. And instead of tuna when I'm out of food i go fish for more in barb village.

Hi so I am F2P and I have 44 smithing. So currently I am smithing steel bars. I make the best the best thing i can make at each level. I buy my bas at the grand exchange. i was wondering if this is the best method for me. I also want to know the quickest method with good xp. Thanks, All advice is great.

if you were 41 woodcut to push a rune handeled wheel barrow than you would need too low of wc for extra 20 logs. 60 for rune.

Iv'e thought it through and decided we should have no sympathy on level 3 skillers. Its not impressive. Any level can raise non combat skills high.

tired of power chopping far away from a bank? tired of dropping all your wood on the floor, 28 clicks. How about there are racks by every popular woodcut area like rimmington yews or willows by ice giants cavern. These racks will be by any popular but far from bank areas. You just use x logs with rack. Another idea that goes with this. After you put your wood on a rack you can bring over a wheel barrow for taking wood to bank. Size and how much carried depends on woodcut level. Or a log sack. wheel barrow types bronze handle iron handle and steel handle on normal wood- 20 woodcut. Carries 5 extra logs. 10 strength. mithril handle on oak- 40 woodcut. Carries 10 extra logs. 20 strength. addy handle on willow- 60 woodcut. Carries 15 extra logs. 30 strength rune handle on yew- 80 woodcut. Carries 20 extra logs. 40 strength. I am f2p so i did not include p2p wood. The reason I made the levels so high is for one, I have high enough woodcut to meet all these requirements, F2p needs something better in woodcut for people with high woodcut, and 20 extra logs is a lot per trip.

sit ups, push ups and dont lift heavy weights. Imstead of 10 50 pounds why not 100 5 pounds.
