I'm trying to send a query to Jagex, but I don't know how. I've searched every aspect of the costumer support area, and can't find anything.

 

 

 

I think it's going to drive me insane, I feel really frustrated.

This is SO freaking annoying to me as well, lol. On most pages of the KB there is a section at the bottom saying "Further help". On some of those pages it says "Submit a game-related Query".

 

 

 

Follow this path for one such example:

 

Click the kb > manual > combat > scroll down to the bottom.

 

 

 

 

 

Hope they can help you (and I hope I did as well, lol).

 

 

 

 

 

P.S. I think that the reason that they made the path so difficult is to prevent people from bugging them all of the time. Only those with an important question would take the time to look.
