Stats on my new pure

I'm about to make a new pure ( or more then one). The stats i'm thinking about are: 40 att, 1def , 80str, 80 ranged, 80 magic, 1 prayer

 

Would this be any good? or do i need more attack? The pure would be combat 58 with 80 hp by the way.

 

 

 

My other question about pures are: should i get a pure with only range/mage, without any def? What levels are they good at?

Sounds decent. I would raise attack only if you never hit them, lol.

If you do not raise defense then raise your mage. It won't raise combat but will still provide defense against magic attack (your weakness). Keep it as high as you can without raising your combat.

id raise attack and mage and maybe prayer but thats just me -.-

the stats you listed are fine. dont get attack, just use range against rune pures. dont get prayer, as it doesnt give you hp levels
