I believe I read somewhere that a ring of wealth doesn't increase your chances of getting an monster head, but I'm not sure.

 

 

 

Does anyone know for sure whether a ring of wealth helps or not?

i'm quite positive that a ring of wealth does not help people getting special items such as monster heads, defenders, dragon items and barrow items.

I didnt have ring of wealth when i got crawling hand trophie thing, hope that bit of information helps.
