Where are all the higher levels, i try 78 but everyone is such a low lvl. What world do the 90+ people go to?

World 78 is the "offical pc world", If you go on to runescape forums and go to events you can find a pc world with people your lvl. You sign up and a leader will pm you and tell you the current world. They hope around to prevent low levels from coming.

Join a pc clan to get up the minute high level worlds updates. Since you're asking about the 90+ worlds, I'm going to assume you're 90+ your self, and refer you to the pc clan I'm apart of, called Affliction.

 

If you aren't 90+, they're also 70+, 80+, and even 100+ clans. You usually find these in the forums, and if you can't, make a post and they will come to you. With so many lower lvls out there playing pc, the only way to go is with a clan.
