August 3, 200619 yr Yep, you can use Ice burst or whatever in non multi combat, it just hits one person. Combat FTL
August 3, 200619 yr You can barrage and burst in a single cb area. And yes it'll only hit one target. We don't rebel to sell it just suits us well, we're the bright young things.

I thought u couldn't cause thats wat it says on rs.com but o well :D it says this: Please note: The 'Burst' and 'Barrage' spell types are Multi-target, castable only in multi-combat areas and will hit a 9 square area (i.e: the opponent is the centre of a 3x3 grid). August 3, 200619 yr I've personally done it many times, and bacab is right. When you are learning, you are growing. If you stop learning, you stop growing. If you stop growing, you die.
