Lost Shield of Arrav

Hi. I'm a F2P member, and I'm trying to finish the Shield of Arrav quest.

 

 

 

However, I started it a while ago [before a long hiatus and eventually, becoming reacquainted with RS] and I don't have my half of shield anymore, somehow. Possibly more importantly, I don't remember who I started the quest with.

 

 

 

The stage that I'm at, as it says is: "With the other player's help, I can get both pieces of the shield and return it to the King for my reward."

 

 

 

I've been wondering if there is a way to get the Shield back. Will I just have to have that quest stay in yellow text forever?

That doesn't matter.

 

Any player that is doing the quest and joins the other gang will work.

 

The point of the quest is that you can't get both pieces yourself.

 

 

 

IIRC, the reward will only work for someone that hasn't finished the

 

quest but has gotten one of the shield pieces from the chest/cupboard.

 

 

 

IIRC, Catherine in the SW corner of Varrock is the leader of the Black Arm gang.

 

You can go and talk to her. If she "hates" you then you are in the Phoenix gang.

 

The Phoenix gang is underground in the south center part of Varrock.

IIRC, as long as you have

 

-- not finished the quest

 

-- do not have the shield piece in inventory

 

-- and do not have it in your bank

 

then you can always get another piece by just searching the chest/cupboard again.

 

 

 

The Black Arm shield piece is the upper right piece

 

and the Phoenix piece is the lower left piece.
