I saw this video online and i saw a part that was really funny and i wanted to make about a 2-3 second loop repeat image of it. Can anyone tell me how i can do this? What programs to use? It belongs in tech help since it's help about technical things. :P No, this place is for graphics, showing, making, improving them. Tech help is for helping with this about your computer, and I Would say it falls in that category.
