At the point where there are the wall traps(after the freaky cage floor and portcullis) there is one sure-fire way to get past them all.

 

Once you get to the square BEFORE the trap, turn run on and run to the sqaure AFTER the trap. Simple. :wall:

 

P.S. this also works with the floor/plank traps.

Doing that quest now. Can't wait this try this out!
