Are the requirements for Dragon gloves the same as for Drag armour? Or what gloves can i use at 45 def?

The gloves can be used, I believe, at any defense level. So if you (somehow, for the sake of argument), managed to beat RFD at level 3, you could wear the "Barrows" gloves.

 

 

 

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

lol reminds me of the guy that has his account restarted 4 having a bot but he could still get in the legends guild at lvl3. (imagine if he had a fire cape :shock: )
