Today, i fished around 1k raw sharks, traded 700 of them for cooked, leaving 300 raw. I am currently fishing more. I mined 1k iron today, smelt them into bar, and smithed into iron knife. I had some knife from before so i caculated i have 232k worth of iron knife. Now, i had 600k in bank and is saving for a fury amulet and maybe a ranger boot. Am i doing okay for a days work? What other way can i turn 2m into 5m?(not hax, maybe merchant)

Yep, you're doing fine in terms of cash per day \ . From what I read on your post you made a good 1M-1.1M in one day. Now if you take that and do that for ten days you will eventually have enough for a fury amulet, ranger boots and have alot of extra cash to spend. The only few methods that can compete or beat the speed of that is merchanting rares :ohnoes: , mining/smithing rune :-k or killing green dragons with a combat level of 100+ :mrgreen: or Barrowing .

I guess you are just switching between the fishing and the mining to stave off boredon or for levelling purposes. Otherwise you would be best off just sticking at the most profitable one to max out your earnings.

 

 

 

Having said that 1-1.1M a day is respectable enough, I never make that (although I'm never trying to).

 

 

 

I'd not bother with RC if I was you, it's only profitable after 44 really and only really profitable after 91. Plus it takes ages to train up unless you're really prepared to spend a lot of cash on it.

ranarr merchanting is a good way. buy 20k sell 23k as the saying goes you have to spend money to make money, say u have 200k cash u buy all ranarr seeds then u sell for 23k and u get 30k profit easy peasy! \
