Lvling up a lvl 63 f2p

My friend is lvl 63 and he wants to lvl up faster. Here are the stats:

 

 

 

Attack - 50

 

strength - 60

 

defence - 49

 

hitpoints - 55

good for him. I personally liked the guards outside of the black knight's fortress, or you can train at hill giants if you want pray exp but its often crowded there.

Moss giants in wilderness, ice giants, ice warriors. They may be a little tought at that level, but are some of the best.

 

 

 

Try to get something with bones, preferably big ones so you can get cheat prayer exp.

mossies in crandor. they drop lotsa steel and black armor, runes and other stuff than you can alch or sell @ the general store and the fishing spot is a quick run away. lessers have better drops but they might be a little to strong. for pure xp, go for deadly reds. they rarely hit and have high hp. the big skeletons, (level 45's i think :-k) are okay, but i'd go with mossies
