Well, mine it yourself and you won't need to pay a penny. It won't take that long - other players might get the upper hand depending on your mining level. I suggest either killing the cows [i'm really a vegetarian] for the cowhides, or do silver.

I'm hoping that players can trust Jagex for this. Considering they're a trustworthy and good company. Also, 750,000+ people trust them, and I haven't heard of any law suits. Go for it :) Jagex won't do anything.

Well, considering you haven't yet hit the non-burning lobster stage I'd break it up. First get 70-75 by barbarian village, find a good fisher there who is either dropping them. Offer to take them, build a fire, cook and then drop. This is fast if you don't need fish. Once you get the level you don't burn lobsters at, do that.
