August 9, 200619 yr I just recently gained the thieving level required to thieve from tea stalls, but cannot find out where it is? The TipIt guide says Varrock, but does not specify much more than that. A picture of the mini map with it marked would be appreciated, but however you can get the point over to me is fine. August 9, 200619 yr Easiest way to fin is go to east varrock bank. From there go out and head south east. Its just north though of the gated off area.
