most people say stronghold is a good place to train

Imo stronghold is too far away from bank to be a good training-spot,

 

at your level I'd kill something at lvls 10-15 near a bank to access food (and banking loot?). Maybe the al kharid warriors? Not good drops but fast xp for lower lvls :thumbsup:
