ctp080188 Posted August 10, 2006 Share Posted August 10, 2006 Hey there, I've been having troubles with windows media player v.10 AND 11, see none of them seem to work. I use windows xp and once upon a time media player did use to work. Now it doesn't appear in my add or remove programs, and installing it again just isn't proving successful, when i click the icon - nothing happens. Also on sites such as putfile, where you can view videos, it says i need to install a plugin, but can not find which plugin i need. I'm guessing this has something to do with it? psudomorph Posted August 18, 2006 Share Posted August 18, 2006 Hmm... My Windows Media Player (10.00.00.4036) works fine, but I have the same problem with Firefox (1.5.0.6). The videos work in IE, but not Firefox. If you dont take steps to ensure that you're protected, you void all right to complain when stuff goes wrong.Join the petition for a new bank page layout!
