Recently reached 44 runecrafting, and I'm wondering, is the fairy ring method worth it (time-wise)? Seems as though it's less distance than the general store method, and I'm too cheap to buy enough glories to make the abyss efficient.

fairy rings have no ess stealers and are as slow as the genstore way
