I am a new member for 2 day and i want to do lost tribe but i want to make a lantern because it is useful in there so i made a lantern and tried to light it, it failed because i didnt have glass. So then i got some seaweed and went to entria(i dont really know how to spell it) and got the supplies, so i made glass. Then after i made the glass part, used it with the lantern and tried to light it its still didnt work so now im asking ppl where in runescape do i get oil because i spent 1 HOUR LOOKING FOR IT!!!!!!!!!SO plz tell me where do i get it???

Get some swamp tar from lumbridge swamp then take it to the chemist a little west of rimmington and think there is an oil distillier INSIDE the chemist and just use the tar on that.

inside the chemists house in rimmington. I believe you need swamp tar, which you use with the lamp oil distillor inside the house, then use your lantern with it.
