Does anybody know what ectotokens are for? can you trade them for anything anywhere?

Ghosts Ahoy quest item. After worshipping the Ectofuntus (requires Bucket of slime from basement and a pot of Ground bones), obtain 5 from any Ghost disciple for each worship performed. After the quest it can be used to buy a pot of yeast from the ghost under the bar for 5 ecto-tokens.
