But referral is, but anyway, this is something you should really ask your mommy, this is for Runescape related questions. But, well since you asked anyway: It's basically telling someone about a certain person, and recommending/promoting them. Which is basically saying: "Wow, I'll tell my clan leader your really good, maybe he'll let you in our clan" PS. For future use, use a bloody dictionary. #-o PPS. Learn to spell...
