how come when i use stroke to make borders, it never shows up. so i make a new layer, then stroke 3 px, inside, normal, fill, and i put the color in....but when i click ok nothing happen.

try going to select all, then do it.

are you stroking a blank layer? cause it its blank there is nothing to stroke. Or if your stroking a layer larger then your sig, it should show up either. Other then that i dunno

If your stroking a blank layer, use the rectangular marquee tool to mark where you want to place the border.

ahhhh ic ty, going to try it now....i use transparent layer when i stroke.i m [developmentally delayed]ed LOL

ok i tried it and the border worked, except if i put animation in, it covers the bg. here is what i did to get border in

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. new layer (transparent)

 

 

 

2. set it to darken

 

 

 

3. fill it in with white

 

 

 

4. stroke (inside)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and that white layer covers the bg....i m going something wrong but don't know where, plz help
