I was banned perm for breaking Rule 7 but I believe someone may have used my account, I scanned for viruses after being banned and found a keylogger, I also have 90 fletching so you could see why someone would want to do that. I was just wondering how long it usually takes for them to complete the appeal process and decide to unban you or not and if there is a wait before you can appeal twice. Thanks.

It depends on how busy Jagex are really. Sometimes it can take a week, and sometimes it can take a lot longer.

 

 

 

However, if they decline the appeal, I don't think you can 'Re-appeal'
