I noticed that Jagex has been changing the appearence of certain things in the game (like small fishing nets). I know that it's not a big deal but they keep changing how they look all the time. I watch them change right in my inventory! New look, old look, new look, old look.............

 

Over and over for the past few weeks! And not when there is a system update.

 

Why is this? is it a bug or something ?
