Chaper 1: KIAs in Varrock

 

 

 

"This is your last chance, York. Screw this up and you'll have hell to pay." said Johan. The leader of the bandits that resode in the bandit camp. "Yes master I understand" replied York. York was a CLASS A Bandit assassin. After failing to Assassinate Sir Tiffy in Falador park he was promptly arrested and finally turned over to the Bandits by a crooked gaurd for 50k and a rune scimitar. He didn't get the money but he did get the scimitar, blade first. But this did not please Johan; he swore that if York made one more mistake he would be executed. He needed to do an extremely tough job to redeem himself. He needed to kill Drezel, the master of the Salve Temple. So late at night York started the hike towards the temple. It was about 5 miles. You would imagine that the wilderness would be more dangerous than the civilized area but tat is not true because York was wanted in all of Misthalin. Gaurds and Bounty Hunters would be everywhere if they caught word of his arrival. York silently crossed the border into Misthalin. He knew he had to re-organize and re-equip. But where could he stop. Then he realized a safe spot to camp in Varrock. he could hide in the Pheonix Hideout. After all he was welcome there after his little confrintation with the Black Arm gang. But somehow he had to get into the town without alerting the guards resulting in a full scale manhunt. HE quickly devised a plan, and it worked like a charm. He scaled the western wall unknown by the gaurds. Then he took out his crossbow. He carefully took aim and shot the first gaurd. The bolt hit him in the neck striking his jugular. He was dead before he hit the ground. "Who the hell is shooting at us" then he took two bolts to the chest and fell. The third guard took out his crossbow and fired a barrage of bolts hitting York once in the hip. York winced in pain as the gaurd shot him twice more in the torso. Then York made his move; he jumped down onto the gaurd, shot him twice (once in both legs) and limped away. When he got to the Pheonix hideout he was taken to the Gang first aid room. They removed the bolts in hip and chest and patched him up. The next day he was back and ready for action. He equipted himself with some of the stuff the quartermaster could offer. He took a set of Green Dragonhide armor, a snakeskin bandana, ranged boots, a dragon dagger(p) and a dragon long strapped across his back
