I've seen people with the scared emote before and i want to get ti but i dont know how. Is it from a holiday thing or a random event? if not how do i get it? need to know!

It's better to keep your mouth shut and have everybody think you're stupid than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

It was from a holiday event last Hallowe'en, there is no other way to get it again.
