My friend keeps rubbing it in that he got some flowers(the ones that can be used as a weapon), so i ask him how do you get it and he say **** you.(dont ask why)So im asking you ppl how do you get it?????

You have to plant mithril seeds (NOT a farming thing, you can plant them anywhere). You get a free box from some quest (heroes maybe?) and can buy them in I believe the legends guild. Or you can buy them from another player, some people give them away too.

Do you mean they ones you can hold in your hand?

 

If so you can buy those in Miscellenia Island from the flower girl for 15gp.

 

No quest required to use or to get to island from Rellekka.

 

Although if you have not completed Femmy trials it costs a few gp to sail there.
