No. Because seeds are not considered a rare item and appear under bones, it actually decreases the rate you will get seeds; because other rarer items will have an increased drop rate. So you would rather have a ranarr seed than a half-key, dragon sq left half, or d spear (trolls)? It's not like any of those drop enough to affect the drop rate anyway. even with the ring of wealth.
