why str. pot doesnt add up with d b axe special?

I wanted to use d b axe special AND a normal str. pot, but the str. level stays the same (102 max) and i dont hit more then when i only use dragon battle axe special.

 

 

 

but when i estimate my max hit on this site it says that i hit MORE when i use both then when i only use the dragon battle axe

 

 

 

can any1 explain me? ( maybe i,m wrong, or maybe it only adds up in other cases )

when you boost it just takes the highest boost, not an addintion
