If you have done Creature of Fenkenstrain, train on Experiments, they are 400 xp per kill and only lvl 25. Hard to find an empty world though. I've also heard Rock Crabs are good, although I've never tried them. If you can kill Lesser Demons easily, go ahead, they drop rune meds rarely which high alch for about 11k, and fire runes are good for training mage. Do quests that give attack xp. There are three: Fight Arena (12,175 xp), The Grand Tree (18.4k xp) and Mountain Daughter (1k xp lol). They're all pretty easy (ok, so the Black Demon in Grand Tree is hard, but I maged it and killed it in like 3 mins).
