You could try training with curse. Just wear as much equipment as you can that lowers magic attack bonus (full rune with stronghold boots and green d'hide vambs get it to -78) so that the equipment bonus exceeds your magic level (so at your level, you would have to wear equipment that gives you a magic attack bonus of -59 or lower).

 

 

 

The idea is to have your spells fail to take effect every time, so that you can keep casting curse on the same target over and over (you still get the same exp for casting the spell :wink: ).

 

 

 

This is the cheapest way to gain magic exp in f2p, since the runes needed for the spells can be bought from rune shops for less than 10 gp each. Also, you are guarunteed 29 magic exp per spell, as opposed to the maximum 19.5 magic exp provided by fire strike. The only disadvantages are the facts that you won't be getting monster drops and there's a good deal more clicking involved.
