August 19, 200619 yr I am thinking about doing Desert Treasure sometime soon, but I am not sure whether my stats are up to scratch. They are in my profile, am I ready or do I need to raise stats (obviously I will get 53 thieving). Any advice in general?
August 19, 200619 yr Nope you're perfectly set for DT. Except don't expect it to be easy, just challenging. ^ Refresh for a new signature ^
August 19, 200619 yr Author Ok thanks, I am gunna wait until I have a whip and Torags though, just to be extra safe. Anyone else got any advice/tips? Should I get a friend to help me out for example?
August 19, 200619 yr You don't need a whip or torags. Just a D Scimmy lots of prayer pots and around 5-10 Super Stat Restores. For Kamil, just wear ful monk robes and a berserker, strength ammy, and a d scimmy. In your inventory have 4 Super Stat Restores, 5 Prayer Pots and the rest should be filed with sharks, teleport runes and preferably a super set. When you begin the fight with him, drink your super set and slap on protection from melee. Drink your super stat restores and prayer pots occassionaly and make sure your prayer dosen't go to 0. When he freezes you, eat your sharks because that's the only thing you can do. Every hit counts. For Desseous have Full Mystic and an air staff, and a magic ammy. Inventory should comprise of 3 prayer pots, 100 Death/Blood Runes the rest is filed with sharks and tele runes. When you engage him, turn protection from melee on and mage him with air blast/wave to death. Don't panic when he hits those double 5's on you. Keep your prayer up and heal heal heal. For Fareed... Protection from melee and water blast. This guy is no worry. And for Damis, Full Mystic, Lava B Staff or Earth Staff, and a mage ammy. As for the inventory 10-15 Prayer pots the more the better, fill the rest with 100 spells of earth blast, sharks and tele runes. ^ Refresh for a new signature ^
