So anyway i follow the instructions heading go the account recovery section and fill in the form. All is good and it says my recovery questions have been reset and my password has been changed to the one i requested. I try to log on and my account is still locked. So now im stuck with a locked account, new password and no recovery questions set? :-k Anybody have any ideas as to how to really unlock the account? -.- "Open notepad and put the following code in"" for that code, where do I paste it in?
