Ok, well my pure account has been locked as jagex say that they think someone else may know the password.

 

So anyway i follow the instructions heading go the account recovery section and fill in the form.

 

All is good and it says my recovery questions have been reset and my password has been changed to the one i requested.

 

I try to log on and my account is still locked.

 

So now im stuck with a locked account, new password and no recovery questions set? :-k

 

 

 

Anybody have any ideas as to how to really unlock the account? -.-

I cant becuase the account's been locked and i cant log in to send a pm :-X

My pure was locked before (same name and pass as tif account because honestly, who would steal 6 lobs and a set of wizzy robes :lol:) And I sent in an appeal and they unlocked in like 3mins? :?

The account was not ban locked though, it was locked because they think someone might know the account details

I suggest Wiping out your current recovery questions, change the password to something else, and set new recovery questions THAT ARE DIFFERENT FROM THE ONLD ONES. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to say. :uhh:

recovery questions were already wiped when i tryed to recover the account and the password was changed

Ive tryed recover locked account, that was the point of the post, all they did was change the p/w and wipe my recovery questions and not unlock the account

they locked ur acc its because they suspect someone else hacking..so they temporary locked it.. and hopfully the rightful owner can claim back..

C support message to jagex, thats what you gotta do, also it may take time depending on how busy jagex is :-w

took me 50+ tries to get this character unlocked after it got locked, so just keep trying

dude i have the same fricking problem just it wasnt my pure it was my main. ive sent in about 15 requests and theyve denied every last one even tho i have the answers to my recov q's from when i orignally wrote them down. so basicly just keep sending them messages from another account till they unlock it
