I read somewhere there is a telly to spot near agilty training area in wild.

There's the lever in ardougne... that's the only thing i know of... :-k

I was thinkign along the same idea as Celebelian.

 

I remember reading about a lever in a house somewhere that tellys to wildy near agility course. Not sure on city though.

Ok the lever is in ardougne, it's in a little building behind the castle (by the wall to west ardougne). It's marked with the travel sign on yor minimap =) The agility course is west of there.
