Best way to train farming with lvl 14 farming?

I've been wanting to train my farming now for some time now but i don't really now what to grow and where to grow it. I'm trying to get my farming lvl to 32. If you give me any advice could you please include prices for the items.

just farm all the allotements you can and pay the famrers to grow it for you then pick it up when ready OR do tears of guthix which if done well enough can get you to 50 in 4 weeks of tears of guthix
