Question about Cordinates

If anyone wouldn't mind helping me with this. I've got a clue scroll that is a cordinates one, and it's near the Baxtorian Falls, but the cordinates are 09;33North and 02;15East, which places it somewhere in the water of the falls. Anyone willing to help just reply on here, or msg me in game. Thanks

Did you check tip.it's Treasure Trails Guide, full list of coordinates? It says,

 

 

 

Baxtorian Falls, on the second island in the river. Use a raft to get to the first island, then use a rope with the rock on the second island to get to the second island. Dig next to the dead tree. You must have at least started the Waterfall Quest to get to the second island
