and wat does that mean??

If you train on controlled, you get

 

 

 

1/3 of the exp to strength

 

1/3 of the exp to defence

 

1/3 of the exp to attack

 

 

 

if you train only attack or defence you get 100% in that skill

Cor3 just about said it all, If your training with controlled on the xp you get from each hit is split into Attack, Strength, and Defense.

But you cannot train str only with whip
