The best thing to alch in F2P is probally steel plates. But even doing that you do it at a loss.

and yeh steel plates and rune med r the only good things to high alch in f2p, but, buy the steel plates and fight monsters for the nats so ther isnt a loss.

Yeah id say buy iron ores and coal and smelt into bars and sell them first that way youll make a decent enough profit to buy a bunch of nats before high alching.
