Prayer training?

Featured Replies

Where is the best area to train prayer skill? I heard that you can train your prayer skill by going to prayer altar in friend's house, is it true?

There are basically 2 options for training prayer effectively:

1. You can ecto bones, which means that you need to start ghosts ahoy quest (i think), grind the bones and place the dust to a pot, then you need to get alot of buckets of slime, which can be found on downstairs of ectofungus. Then when you have equal amount of bonemeal (ground bones in a pot) and buckets of slime you can worship the fungus and get 4xnormal exp. this is slower but gets you worth your money.

2. Second option is to use the bones on guilded altar when incense burners are lid. this gives you 3.5xnormal exp and is alot faster than ectoing.

Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either

a fool or a coward.

Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law

is both.

For a wounded man shall say to his assailant:

"If I live, I will kill you, If I Die, you are forgiven."

Such is the Rule of Honor.

Thanks a lot for explaining to me, but is there any sacrifices or disadvantages for using the 2nd option?

well the second option is a lot faster, but you need marrentil to keep the burners going, and you need a friend with a marble altar and marble burners. you also need to supply your own bones, and as you cant get the butler to bring them for you, you'll haveto bank so you probably need your freinds house to be in yanille.

Best Barrows Chest: guth skirt, dh helm, dh axe, racks, gp (23/08/06); best tt reward: robin, guthix helm, guthix legs, nats, rune legs

those are probably best ways but babydragons are alos good, easy to kill and drop bones that give 30 xp ea

[omg] who cares if its nerfed or fixed....

you people will argue over the color of a green apple if it was a topic on this fourm god.
